| Nirvana (ner-va-na) Is derived from Buddhist terminology signifying a place where all suffering ends; a place of contentment due to the cessation of all earthly cravings. In Burma and most of Southeast Asia, Buddhism permeates both culture and lifestyle. Here at Nirvana, it is our sincere hope to bring you these unique and satisfying flavors with strong roots in both Burmese and Southeast Asian ingredients. We buy all of our own vegetables fresh daily from local Southeast Asian markets. We mix our own spices, roast our own garlic and prepare our own sauces from scratch. |
